I love creating content that people find comfort in, where they can feel seen and validated within themselves, showing you it's okay to your authentic self. I use my social media (TikTok, YouTube and Instagram) to advocate and raise awareness for neurodiversity and show what it is like living with as a neurodivergent person. I am autistic/adhd and share my day to day challenges along with my experiences with mental health disorders and documenting my journey through eating disorder recovery. I have a fear foods challenge series where I take you with me to show you its okay to eat the foods your disorder may not like!
