They see a successful design and try to recreate it for themselves or even for their own shop. 🙄 Imitation is the finest form of flattery… Maybe she really did just want to make one for a baby shower and not resell it—but I still have to protect myself. 🩷 Did you know digital downloads are a huge thing on Etsy? 🤔 If you have even basic design skills, selling digital downloads can be EXTREMELY profitable. One of my top sellers in my shop is a simple Disney-inspired shirt design, and I plan to create more basic designs. I’m just not putting the designs for my best selling creations up for grabs on Etsy. 💡Pro Tip: If you sell digital downloads on Etsy, always include a disclosure related to the use of the designs to cover your bases.
