We all know that ego can be a powerful force for many of us, but it's important to recognize when it's actually holding us back. Sometimes, we need to step back and trust others to handle certain tasks. It's OKAY to admit that we don't know everything and that others may be better at some things than we are. I've come to realize that delegating tasks has played a huge part to our success. It has allowed us to focus on the most important aspects of our business and with a team it brings in fresh perspectives and ideas. Being humble and open to learn from other people can only benefit your business more.
