I love blobs, and I wanted to give back to the community, even though sometimes I wonder why I put in as much effort as I do with all the bullshit and drama out there. This is a workout you can use and/or modify to help meet your goals and get stronger on blobs. I'm showing how to strictly lift the blobs to help you make the most efficient pinch grip gains possible. The rep scheme is simple. Set One x 6 Set Two x 6 Set Three x 3 Top Set x 1 (Hold as long as possible!) I do recommend warming up with some compound lifts like squats or bench press. You should also warm up your hands with light wrist curls and some light plate pinching. You should rest three to five minutes between sets. Use chalk sparingly, too much can cause the blobs to slip. I use enough to coat and dry my entire hand: front, back, and between my fingers to eliminate as much sweat as I can. If blob develops a slick coat of chalk, use a toothbrush to scuff it up and knock some of it off.
