Video Description: A management graduate by qualification, an artist at heart, a living example of a woman of substance in spirit and a parent at the core, it was only natural for Nirmit Sinha Goel to cause miracles in her own life and then go on to transform several lives. She seems to have cracked the formula of causing miracles and it won’t be an exaggeration to call her a *Miracle Mom.* It is said that when the going gets tough, the tough get going or rather adversities bring out the best in you. She was doing very well in the corporate sector, reaching the position of Imports Manager of Excel Industries Ltd. in a short span of 3 years. The turning point in her life came when her second daughter was born with congenital hearing loss and thin nerves. This completely shook from inside. After the initial period of shock, disbelief and upset, she accepted her child’s hearing loss but did not accept what came associated with it. The more the experts in the line said that it’s not possible, the more she became determined to make it possible. She researched extensively on the subject. Her child’s therapist, whom she calls her mentor in this field always encouraged her to challenge everything that seemed impossible. She started using her child’s strengths to conquer her child’s weaknesses. Her child started hearing first sounds at the age of 2.5 years, a stage that occurs in the mother’s womb. She wanted to mainstream her child in a normal school and didn’t want a 5 year-old kid sitting in a 3 year-old class doing activities meant for a 3 year old. She had 1 year to develop her daughter’s speech and hearing to a level that is developed in 3.5 years in normal course. For this she had to develop her language exponentially. Language development requires several repetitions. Also, she knew that her daughter’s visual part of the brain was more developed and she used this strength to overcome her weakness of speech and hearing. She would click pictures of all that she did with the child during the day and got them printed the same day. After her child slept, she would make her Experience book wherein she would write everything she wanted to teach her as vocabulary and sentence structures so that from next day onwards she or anybody in the house can repeat the same vocabulary again and again till it becomes a part of her child’s vocabulary. This is how the concept of Xperienci-o-pedia took shape – Every experience is an opportunity to give as much knowledge as is in an encyclopaedia. The results were miraculous, and she did manage to accomplish this seemingly impossible task of school admission at the right age where she was advised by everyone to delay the admission to school by one or two years. Her mission is to help parents to skyrocket their parenting journeys from “Manage to Miracles”, from somehow managing their kids to creating miracles in their lives. She also stands for the cause of women. There is a lot of work being done for the upliftment of women who are downtrodden or are visibly going through adversities but there is a big section of women who are materialistically fine, don't have big issues and do not fall in the bracket of upliftment but are not happy inside. Something is missing in their lives.
